Postpartum Appointments 

While I am present I am committed to preserving and enhancing your postpartum experience so you can transition into parenthood with as much ease and confidence as possible.  Each family has specific needs, so each appointment can be adapted as you and your baby continue to grow.

Postpartum appointments can include:

• implementing your Postpartum Sanctuary Plan

• processing your birth experience 

• connecting you with community resources

• feeding baby (chest feeding or supplementing)

• pumping and storing human milk

• allowing parents to take a nap

• newborn care

• light housekeeping

• overnight support

• Add on: sleep consultant package

Scheduling

• Overnight appointments 10pm- 6am (flexible +/- 1 hour)

• Minimum of 2 nights per week- Maximum of 4 nights per week

• Minimum of a 3 week contract- Maximum of a 16 week contract

Pricing

In order to be as accessible as possible, my fees are on a sliding scale $45/hr - $55/hr. Choose the rate that works for you with no questions asked*. A 50% retainer is required to reserve your due date in my calendar.  The retainer will be applied to the second half of the contracted period. I will invoice every 2 weeks for the first half of the contracted period.
